With years of life experience and a roller-coaster of emotional, physical, and spiritual ups and downs, I naturally bring empathy and understanding to my work. I’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life — from those transitioning at the end of life, to clients with neurological or mobility restrictions, general muscle wear and tear, stress-related challenges, and energy blockages.
I worked for 12 years at our local MS Centre in Swindon, providing therapies for people with MS and other neurological conditions. I also volunteered for 12 years at our local hospice, supporting terminally ill patients, and currently attend well-being days for patients with breast cancer.
I combine my experience with a gentle, holistic approach, aiming to help clients feel relaxed, balanced, and supported — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
